Courier Delivery Service

Delivery takes place via a 3rd party courier service.

1. Delivery times

Our couriers will deliver during business hours and will need someone to sign for your parcel. If you are NOT available at the delivery address noted in your order, please supply us by email at [email protected] with a secondary delivery person with his/her mobile no. so we can add it to the waybill. Please note that the couriers only deliver to physical addresses and, therefore, do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

While deliveries are not usually made over weekends, they may be arranged at special request and for an additional charge. Similarly, overnight deliveries can also be arranged at special request for a supplementary charge.

2. Delivery lead times

Once the order has been collected by the couriers, you will receive a SMS with the waybill no. which can be tracked on the couriers’ website.

Provided that the order is received and paid for before the daily 1pm deadline, you can expect the following delivery time:

Main centers: 24-48 hours from the date of dispatch.

Outlying areas: 48-72 hours from the date of dispatch.
